Arrival | Negombo
Airport pickup and transfer to Negombo. Enjoy a wellness consultation, a gentle yoga session, and a relaxing sunset beach walk to begin your retreat
Day 02
Negombo to Dambulla & Sigiriya
Visit the sacred Dambulla Cave Temple and Golden Temple before continuing to Sigiriya. End the day with a relaxing yoga and mindfulness session
Day 03
Sigiriya Heritage & Wellness
Begin the day with sunrise yoga and meditation before exploring the magnificent Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Later, enjoy a rejuvenating Ayurvedic wellness treatment.
Day 04
Ritigala Meditation Experience
Enjoy a morning yoga session before visiting the peaceful Ritigala Forest Monastery. Experience guided meditation and a mindful nature walk in this tranquil environment
Day 05
Sigiriya to Kandy
Travel to Kandy and visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic. In the evening, participate in a calming meditation session

Kandy Wellness Day
Dedicate the day to wellness with yoga practice, mindfulness sessions, meditation, and Ayurvedic or herbal therapy treatments
Day 07
Kandy to Ella
Experience Sri Lanka's famous scenic train journey through misty mountains and tea plantations. Conclude the day with yoga and meditation in Ella.
Day 08
Ella Experience
Enjoy a morning yoga session before visiting Little Adam's Peak and the iconic Nine Arches Bridge. Spend the remainder of the day in relaxation and meditation

Ella to Yala
Travel south to Yala and enjoy a leisurely day focused on wellness and relaxation amidst nature

Yala Safari to Mirissa
Embark on an early morning wildlife safari in Yala National Park before transferring to the coastal paradise of Mirissa. End the day with a peaceful sunset beach meditation

Mirissa Beach Wellness Retreat
Practice sunrise beach yoga, enjoy an Ayurvedic spa treatment, meditate by the ocean, and spend free time relaxing on the beach

Mirissa Holistic Healing Day
